A wonderful experience! I was upgraded to a larger room that was spectacular with an interesting layout. The front desk staff was delightful, both upon arriving and leaving they were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of extras with chairs and side tables. This is my go-to when I'm in the area for work and I will definitely use it again and return.

Comfortable bed. Easy on/off of I-95. Helpful staff. Nice selection of breakfast food. The only and biggest complaint I have is that it was drab and unadorned for the Christmas season. I stayed during the week before Christmas. Not one single Christmas tree or decoration anywhere!!!! It was disappointing to see that there was nothing done to add holiday cheer to the place. I figured it must be operated by The Grinch.

A great place to stay. The staff was very nice. The pet room we got was great. Comfy king size bed, mini fridge, and an amazing shower. I didn't try there breakfast or pool but other people seemed to enjoy it. I would definitely come back.

Had a great stay with one exception and that was overcome by a terrific staff member. Convenient location for Army-Navy game activities and typical clean, comfy room. Unfortunately our car was broken into in the parking lot. Nothing stolen and no harm other than a broken window. Not their fault, crime happens in any big city. However, Richard from the hotel staff helped us tape up a bag in the window and vacuum glass from our car. Above and beyond what he needed to do for us. We appreciate him tremendously and helping us get on our way home.

We recently stayed here for a night around a party in the city, and we were very happy with the experience as a whole. The hotel is in a convenient spot, right near the highway, allowing you to get to things in Pawtucket and Providence easily. Our room was comfortable and certainly large enough, staff were helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was better than expected. Definitely a good choice for a quick stay!

I've stayed here twice in the past year. During all of my visits the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They have a really good breakfast next to the lobby. It's right off the highway so getting around is super easy.

Ernie apparently didn't know how to book a room. We spent at least 30 mins him clicking away on the computer. Told us how there was a new system that we were better off calling . This was a terrible experience never again !

Amazing rooms and staff was wonderful! The door on the bathroom does not lock or close fully, so be aware that you might not get that much privacy. I did, however, wake up at 3:00 am to a man rolling drugs in his car, and fireworks plus a …
